We accept returns within 15 days of purchase. Please ensure that items are unused and undamaged, and your contact details are clearly stated on the returned item.

Please start by notifying us via email at info@oxalise.com
and post items within their original packaging to ensure their safe return to us.

Exchanges 
We accept returns for store credit so that you can place a new order for an item in your preferred design. Your credit will not include shipping costs.

Damaged or lost item
If your items arrive damaged please notify us via email by sending us a photo of the damage within 15 days of receiving your order. A claim and replacement will be issued immediately. Claims will only be accepted within the above explained 15 day period.

Please note that claims for lost items can only be initiated 10days after expected date of delivery.

We typically dispatch most of our orders within 1-3 days using Royal Mail’s 1st Class Service.

Domestic orders generally arrive within 3-5 days.

By default, orders outside of the United Kingdom are posted as “International Standard” which, depending on where you are located can take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please note that, although rarely, packages can be delayed in Customs. Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
